The calculation is based on the combined value of eligible settled bets made during the relevant stage.

You do not have to reach a tier with one bet.
Put €15 on one qualifying selection, €25 on another and €10 on a third, for example, and the total reaches €50. That means a €10 free bet for that stage.
Singles and Accumulators Both Count — But the Rules Are Different
For a single bet to qualify, it needs to be on a Nations League match, with:
Minimum stake: €2
Minimum odds: 1.5
Accumulators are eligible too. They need at least two selections, every leg must be priced at 1.4 or above, and at least one selection has to come from a Nations League match.
There is one important catch: handicap and totals markets are excluded.
Only bets placed with real money count. Cancelled, sold or refunded bets are out, as are bets made from the bonus balance, with advance funds or using a promo code.
And settlement matters. A bet has to be settled within the relevant Bet Race period to be included in that stage’s total.
When Does 888STARZ Calculate the Rewards?
This is the part worth checking before joining, because Bet Race does not simply total every qualifying bet from September through November.

Rewards are credited within 24 hours after each stage ends.
That schedule matters: the promo itself runs from 24 September to 17 November, but only the specific betting periods listed above are included in the reward calendar provided for Bet Race.
The Free Bet Comes With Its Own Conditions
Once the reward lands, there is another deadline to watch.
The free bet must be used within 72 hours.
It also cannot be placed as a single. The full amount has to go on an accumulator with at least four selections, and at least four of those selections must have odds of 1.5 or higher.
The smallest reward available through Bet Race is €2, while the maximum is €20.
