TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Conditions

1.1. The promotion runs from 31/10/2023 (00:00 UTC) to 01/11/2023 (23:59 UTC).

1.2. The promotion is a network tournament from 3 Oaks with a prize pool of 50,000 EUR. Users of any websites where the Hallo-Win Party promotion from 3 Oaks is available can become winners.

1.3. The promotion includes bets made in the following games:

1.4. The minimum bet amount to participate in the promotion is 0.20 EUR or the equivalent in the account’s currency.

1.5. To confirm participation in the promotion, users must make a minimum of 150 bets of 0.20 EUR (or the equivalent in the account’s currency) in the games listed in section 1.3 of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.

1.6. For every 1 EUR of a winning bet placed at 1 EUR, participants will receive a multiplier of 1 point. For example, if the bet was 5 EUR, and the winnings amounted to 150 EUR, the participant will be credited with 30 points until a higher multiplier appears.

1.7. The tournament leaderboard will be displayed in the game interface (see section 1.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion) and will be updated in real-time.

1.8. In the event of a tie in the number of points among multiple participants who have made it to the tournament leaderboard, the higher position will be awarded to the participant who accumulated points first.

1.9. The prize pool will be distributed among 200 winners according to each participant’s position on the tournament leaderboard:

  • 1st place: 5 000 EUR
  • 2nd place: 3 500 EUR
  • 3rd place: 2 500 EUR
  • 4th to 5th place: 1 500 EUR
  • 6th to 10th place: 750 EUR
  • 11th to 20th place: 500 EUR
  • 21st to 50th place: 375 EUR
  • 51st to 100th place: 175 EUR
  • 101st to 150th place: 100 EUR
  • 151st to 200th place: 45 EUR

1.10. Each user may participate in the promotion with only one gaming account. If duplicate accounts belonging to the same user are discovered, bets made from such accounts will not be considered when determining the promotion results.

1.11. Only bets placed from the Main account of the participant are eligible for this promotion. Bets made from the Bonus account are not counted.

1.12. By participating in this promotion, you automatically agree to the general Terms and Conditions of 888STARZ.

1.13. 3 Oaks reserves the right to revoke or modify this offer without specifying reasons and prior notice.

2. Rules for Determining Winners

2.1. Winners will be determined on November 1, 2023, immediately after the tournament ends, based on the results of the tournament leaderboard.

2.2. Cash prizes will be automatically credited to the registered accounts of the winners, if they are among the users of 888STARZ.

2.3. Cash prizes do not require wagering and can be used for gaming or withdrawal.

2.4. The prize pool of the promotion is denominated in EUR and may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Special Conditions

3.1. All disputes regarding the right to participate in this promotion and all issues related to prize distribution will be resolved by the management of 888STARZ. This decision is binding and cannot be appealed by players or any third party.
