1. General Conditions
1.1. The promotion runs from 14.12.2023 00:00 UTC to 17.12.2023 23:59 UTC.
1.2. The promotion with an initial prize pool of 45 000 EUR includes a network tournament with a progressive prize pool starting from 30 000 EUR and a network prize draw with a prize pool of 15 000 EUR. Users from any sites featuring the Double Luck promotion by 3 Oaks can become winners.
1.3. The promotion includes bets made in the following games:

1.4. The minimum bet amount to participate in the promotion is 0.20 EUR or the equivalent in the account currency.
1.5. To confirm participation in the promotion, the user needs to make a minimum of 150 bets of 0.20 EUR each (or the equivalent in the account currency) in the games listed in section 1.3 of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
1.6. Participants who receive the maximum multiplier with a single winning bet will earn points equal to the bet multiplier, calculated using the formula: the winning amount divided by the bet amount. The higher the accumulated points, the higher the participant’s position on the tournament leaderboard.
For example: a bet of 1 EUR and a win of 120 EUR will earn the participant 120 points: 120 EUR / 1 EUR = 120 points.
1.7. The tournament leaderboard will be displayed in the game interface (see section 1.3. Terms and Conditions of the promotion) and updated in real-time.
1.8. In case of a tie in points among multiple participants on the tournament leaderboard, the higher position will be awarded to the participant who accumulated the points earlier than others.
1.9. The progressive prize pool will increase throughout the entire tournament with each participant’s bet. Cash prizes will be distributed among the top 250 winners who accumulate the highest number of points, in percentage proportion to the participant’s position on the tournament leaderboard:
- 1st place: 10%
- 2nd place: 8%
- 3rd place: 6%
- 4th place: 5%
- 5th place: 4%
- 6th place: 2.50%
- 7th place: 1.60%
- 8th place: 0.90%
- 9th place: 0.80%
- 10th to 20th place: 0.70%
- 21st to 30th place: 0.60%
- 31st to 40th place: 0.50%
- 41st to 50th place: 0.40%
- 51st to 100th place: 0.30%
- 101st to 150th place: 0.20%
- 151st to 200th place: 0.15%
- 201st to 250th place: 0.12%
For example: if the prize pool reaches 60 000 EUR by the end of the tournament, the 1st place winner will receive 6 000 EUR (which is 10% of the total prize pool), the 2nd place winner will receive 4 800 EUR (8% of the prize pool), the 3rd place winner will receive 3 600 EUR (6% of the prize pool), and so on.
1.10. To participate in the promotion, one user can use only one gaming account. If duplicate accounts of the same user are identified, bets made from such accounts will not be considered when summarizing the promotion results.
1.11. Participation in the promotion includes only bets made from the participant’s Main Account. Bets made from the Bonus Account in the promotion are not considered.
1.12. By participating in this promotion, you automatically agree to the main Terms and Conditions of 888STARZ company.
1.13. 3 Oaks reserves the right to revoke or modify this offer without stating reasons and prior notifications.
2. Conditions of conducting the prize draw
2.1. The following cash prizes will be randomly drawn in selected games from the provider (see section 1.3. Terms and Conditions of the promotion) as part of the promotion:
- 15 prizes of 100 EUR each;
- 30 prizes of 60 EUR each;
- 45 prizes of 50 EUR each;
- 60 prizes of 40 EUR each;
- 80 prizes of 30 EUR each;
- 120 prizes of 20 EUR each;
- 150 prizes of 15 EUR each.
2.2. Any bet of 0.20 EUR or more, made in the games (see section 1.3. of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion) during the promotion period, may bring the participant a random prize.
2.3. Hot period – increases the chances of winning prizes and will take place from December 16, 2023, 15:00 UTC, to December 17, 2023, 23:59 UTC.
2.4. Each participant can win no more than three prizes during the promotion.
2.5. The widget displaying the remaining prizes will be visible in the game interface (see section 1.3. Terms and Conditions of the promotion) and will be updated in real-time.
3. Determining the Winners’ Rules
3.1. The winners will be determined on 17.12.2023 immediately after the tournament based on the tournament leaderboard results. The winners of the network prize draw will be randomly selected from 14.12.2023 00:00 UTC to 17.12.2023 23:59 UTC.
3.2. Cash prizes will be automatically credited to the registered accounts of the promotion winners if they are among the users of 888STARZ.
3.3. Cash prizes do not require wagering and can be used for gaming or withdrawal.
3.4. The prize pool of the promotion is in EUR and may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
4. Special Conditions
4.1. All disputes regarding participation rights in this promotion and all issues related to prize collection are resolved by the management of 888STARZ. This decision is binding and not subject to appeal by players or any third party.
