1. General Conditions
1.1. The promotion runs from 07.12.2023 09:00 UTC по 13.12.2023 23:59 UTC.
1.2. The promotion is a network tournament by 3 Oaks with a prize pool of 50 000 EUR. The promotion is also available to other 3 Oaks partners. As a result, winners may be users from any websites where the Money Desert promotion from 3 Oaks is available can become winners.

1.4. The minimum bet amount to participate in the promotion is 0.20 EUR or the equivalent in the account’s currency.
1.5. To confirm participation in the promotion, users must make a minimum of 150 bets of 0.20 EUR (or the equivalent in the account’s currency) in the games listed in section 1.3 of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.
1.6. The player earns points for each winning bet, adjusted based on the bet amount. If a player places a total bet of 2 EUR and wins 120 EUR, they will receive 60 points: 120 EUR (win) / 2 EUR (bet) = a 60x multiplier = 60 points.
1.7. Points from bets (including the first 150 bets required to confirm participation in the promotion) will be accumulated when summarizing the results in the tournament leaderboard. The higher the number of accumulated points, the higher the participant’s position in the tournament leaderboard.
1.8. The tournament leaderboard will be displayed in the game interface (see section 1.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion) and will be updated in real-time.
1.9. In case of a tie in points among multiple participants on the tournament leaderboard, the higher position will be awarded to the participant who accumulated the points earlier than others.
1.10. To participate in the promotion, one user can use only one gaming account. If duplicate accounts of the same user are identified, bets from such accounts will not be considered when summarizing the results of the promotion.
1.11. Only bets placed from the Main account of the participant are eligible for this promotion. Bets made from the Bonus account are not counted.
1.12. By participating in this promotion, you automatically agree to the general Terms and Conditions of 888STARZ.
1.13. 3 Oaks reserves the right to revoke or modify this offer without specifying reasons and prior notice.
2. Rules for Determining Winners
2.1. Winners will be determined on November 1, 2023, immediately after the tournament ends, based on the results of the tournament leaderboard.
2.2. Cash prizes will be automatically credited to the registered accounts of the winners, if they are among the users of 888STARZ.
2.3. Cash prizes do not require wagering and can be used for gaming or withdrawal.
2.4. The prize pool of the promotion is denominated in EUR and may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Special Conditions
3.1. All disputes regarding the right to participate in this promotion and all issues related to prize distribution will be resolved by the management of 888STARZ. This decision is binding and cannot be appealed by players or any third party.
